These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xbajee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at xbajee.bar and all associated services, features, and content made available through it.

By accessing, registering on, or using xbajee in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

xbajee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

The xbajee platform is intended solely for use by adults. To register and use xbajee you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Not be a resident of, or be accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee of xbajee.

xbajee takes its obligations regarding underage gambling with the utmost seriousness. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification and/or proof of age at any point during your relationship with the Platform. If you are unable to provide satisfactory documentation, your account will be suspended and any outstanding balance returned in accordance with our verification procedures.

If you become aware that a minor is accessing your account or device, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and take all reasonable steps to prevent further access.

To access the full range of services on xbajee, you are required to create a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. Supplying false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited. xbajee reserves the right to close all accounts held by a single person if duplicate accounts are identified, and to void any associated balances or winnings.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
• You must notify xbajee immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account by contacting [email protected].
• xbajee will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Account registration implies acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. All three documents should be read prior to registering.

xbajee supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other participating institutions.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your xbajee account balance promptly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. xbajee does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered and verified payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or wallet registered in the same name as your xbajee account. xbajee reserves the right to perform identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required.

xbajee reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

xbajee offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms where applicable. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual bonus offer terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the offer terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• xbajee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, or exploiting technical errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, xbajee's decision is final.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and major cricket tournaments (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup) may be offered at xbajee's discretion and are governed by their own specific promotional terms.

All games offered on xbajee use certified random number generation (RNG) technology supplied by our licensed game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Results are determined by these independent systems and cannot be influenced by xbajee or any player.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xbajee platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including but not limited to live dealer games, poker, or any multiplayer format.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches. Any winnings resulting from a known or suspected error are void and will not be paid out.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials or identity documents.
• Placing bets with the sole intention of satisfying bonus wagering requirements without genuine play (commonly referred to as "bonus whoring").
• Reverse engineering, copying, scraping, or otherwise attempting to extract proprietary content or data from the Platform.

Any player found to be in breach of these fair play provisions will have their account immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals placed on hold pending investigation, and any winnings deemed to have resulted from prohibited conduct will be void.

xbajee offers sports betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports. The following general rules govern all sports betting activity on the Platform:

• All bets are accepted subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market, as displayed within the betting interface at the time of placement.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced are accepted at the Platform's discretion and are subject to in-play market rules.
• In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, xbajee reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes in accordance with standard sports betting practice.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, event, and market type. Current limits are displayed within the betting interface.
• xbajee reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close a betting account that demonstrates patterns consistent with professional advantage play or arbitrage betting.
• Odds are quoted in decimal format and are correct at the time of bet acceptance. Confirmed bets will be settled at the odds accepted at the time of placement.

All betting disputes must be raised with our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of the relevant event settlement. xbajee's decision on all betting disputes is final and binding.

xbajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.
• A court order, regulatory requirement, or law enforcement request.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account balance will be held securely. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, funds will be returned to the player promptly. Where a breach is confirmed, xbajee reserves the right to withhold all funds in the account.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily should contact [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deducting any applicable bonuses that have not met the required wagering conditions.

All content on the xbajee platform — including but not limited to software, code, design elements, graphics, text, logos, game assets, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of xbajee or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used to deliver the Platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection techniques on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of xbajee's intellectual property will result in immediate account suspension and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbajee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or errors beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made in reliance on inaccurate or incomplete information displayed on the Platform due to technical error.

xbajee makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit xbajee's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

xbajee collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the xbajee platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and xbajee should be directed in the first instance to our support team at [email protected].

xbajee is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly. All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will be acknowledged within 48 hours. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and xbajee with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver: xbajee's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.

Language: These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between translated versions (if any) and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
